The United States Army has called Babenhausen its home from August 7th, 1951 to July 9th, 2007.
Spanning time of 56 years, from the occupation era, the cold war, to the end of the Warsaw pact and the iron curtain, Babenhausen was home to thousands of servicemen and there families.

This is a non profit website, it was created to preserve the memories of all those who were stationed here and to show those not familiar with the Babenhausen Kaserne, why this small Army post meant so much to so many.
